Responsibilities

ļ Operations Management–

´ Oversee daily back-office functions, ensuring smooth execution of administrative and operational workflowsŒ

´ Optimize resource allocation and monitor performance across departmentsŒ

´ Maintain compliance with internal SOPs and external regulatory framework‘

s¼ Tendering & Bidding–

´ Lead end-to-end management of government and private tenders including documentation, submission, and compliance trackingŒ

´ Collaborate with legal and technical teams to ensure bid accuracy and competitive positioningŒ

´ Maintain a comprehensive database of tender outcomes and key insights for future strategµ

ª¼ Cross-Functional Coordination–

´ Act as a bridge between project execution teams, finance, legal, and external stakeholdersŒ

´ Implement streamlined communication channels to ensure timely decision-makingŒ

´ Drive stakeholder meetings, review sessions, and strategic alignment across function‘

½¼ Reporting & Analytics–

´ Develop and present MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership on operational and strategic metricsŒ

´ Conduct in-depth analysis of business units to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunitiesŒ

´ Ensure timely and accurate reporting on project milestones, budgets, and risk assessment‘

º¼ Technology & Systems–

´ Leverage ERP systems and digital tools to improve workflow automation and data accuracyŒ

´ Identify and implement tech-driven enhancements in reporting and back-office operationsŒ

´ Stay updated on emerging tech trends relevant to the business

Minimum Qualifications:

´ Bachelor ’ s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA

preferred )

´ Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or general management , preferably in

infrastruc ture, energy, or public sec tor bidding

´ Demonstrated experience in tendering, bidding, and projec t coordination

´ Strong command of MS Office, ERP platforms, and repor ting tools

´ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

´ High attention to detail, with a solution- oriented mindset
