Job Summary

Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned Legal Officer with expertise in handling criminal and civil litigation across various courts and tribunals, including Gurugram court, Delhi courts, Delhi High Court, and Punjab & Haryana High Court. The incumbent will play a crucial role in managing a wide spectrum of legal matters, including Civil, Criminal, Commercial, and Consumer Disputes, and will provide invaluable legal counsel to the organization.
● Litigation Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of litigation, including but not
limited to Civil, Criminal, Commercial, and Consumer Disputes, across multiple courts
and tribunals
● Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal counsel to the management on a wide range of
legal issues, including those related to IPC, CrPC, and Labour Laws
● Drafting and Vetting: Skillfully draft and vet legal cases, petitions, and other legal
communications on behalf of the company, ensuring precision and compliance
● Case Law Research: Conduct comprehensive case law research to stay updated on
evolving legal issues and precedents
● Stakeholder Management: Interact effectively with external Advocates, Government
authorities, and relevant stakeholders to represent the company’s interests
● Legal Best Practices: Ensure the implementation of best legal processes and
Minimum Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)/ LLM from a recognized institution
● Minimum of 3 years of active court litigation experience, with a strong background in
handling criminal and civil cases
● In-depth knowledge of IPC, CrPC, and Labour Laws
● Exceptional drafting and communication skills, with a keen eye for legal intricacies
● Proficiency in conducting case law research and staying updated with legal
developments
● Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
● Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team
● An advocate with experience in active court litigation is preferred
